Đợi mãi thì Sony cũng cung cấp bản cập nhật Android 5.0 Lollipop cho người dùng Xperia Z3 và Xperia Z3 Compact, tuy nhiên lại chơi trò cung cấp từ từ và Việt Nam không phải thị trường được ưu tiên. May mắn là bạn đã có thể tải trực tiếp file firmware về và cập nhật thủ công thông qua flashtool. Trong bài viết này mình thử tải firmware 5.0 của Z3 Châu Âu và cập nhật cho Z3 chính hãng (mã D6603), kết quả là máy chạy rất tốt, hiện không có vấn đề gì xảy ra cả. Nếu như bạn ngứa tay mà không muốn đợi lâu thì có thể làm như mình trình bày dưới đây.

Chuẩn bị:
Trước tiên là cần tải công cụ và firmware, trong bài viết này mình sử dụng Z3 làm minh hoạ nhưng bạn có thể áp dụng cho cả Z3 Compact với các bước thực hiện tương tự:
